Our engineers and designers work with future homeowners to prepare a design of their single-family dwelling, including choosing an architectural style, number of stories,  square footage, and more. The subsequent construction drawings include all required information about, such as floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural and structural details, foundation and roof framing plans. Highly realistic rendered models with lighting and textures help our customers visualize the project.

Structural AF offers document and plan printing, as well as permit expediting services. Our team has a clear understanding of building and zoning codes and regulations. We prepare all paperwork required for each jurisdiction and meet with city authorities to obtain all necessary clearances and permits.

Once the house design is approved by the city, construction can start. Our crew will go through each step of building process, from grading and site preparation to obtaining certificate of occupancy. Structural observations by an engineer and city inspections are also required procedures that are handled by our team.
